What to Include in Your Message

To help investigate the issue, please include:

Please do not send medication details, health records, photographs, JSON exports, PDF reports, or other sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary to resolve your request. Remove or obscure personal and health information from screenshots whenever possible.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple.

The developer does not have access to payment-card details and cannot issue charges directly. App Store billing and refund requests are handled by Apple.

Notifications and Photo Access

Notification and photo permissions can be reviewed in iOS Settings → Treatment Timeline. Basic medication reminders are available without Premium. Additional reminder options require an active Premium subscription.

The app receives only the photographs selected through the system photo picker.

Data and Deletion

Treatment Timeline stores treatment records locally on the device and does not require an account.

To delete the app’s local data, open:

Treatment Timeline → Settings → Delete All Data

Deleting local app data cannot remove JSON exports, PDF reports, or other copies previously saved or shared outside Treatment Timeline. Those copies must be deleted separately from the relevant app, service, device, or recipient.

Removing Treatment Timeline from the device also removes its local app data, but does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Medical Disclaimer

Treatment Timeline is intended for personal record-keeping. It does not diagnose medical conditions, assess the effectiveness of treatment, or recommend changes to medication or dosage.

Discuss treatment decisions with a qualified healthcare professional. If you experience severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, seek appropriate medical assistance.
